About Us

Wulf Übersetzungen was founded in 1992 in St. Gallen. Since 2009 the company has been registered in Turgi/Aargau. We work with approximately 150 translators around the world.

In-house team

Nicole Wulf, translator HDS, Managing Director

Nicole Wulf studied translation (German, French, English, Spanish and Russian) in St. Gallen and Salamanca (Spain). She speaks 12 languages. Since the founding of Wulf Übersetzungen in 1992 she has been working as a professional translator, primarily in the areas of law, politics and technology. She is the Head of the Translation Department at the SAL School of Applied Linguistics in Zurich and an active member of the Association of Swiss Translators, Terminologists and Interpreters (ASTTI). In her free time you are likely to find her on the golf course or in a good restaurant.

Debora Arroba Portez, translator SAL, Project Manager

Debora Arroba Portez is a qualified translator (German, French and Spanish) who also speaks English, Italian and Portuguese. She studied in Zurich and Madrid and completed her internship in Paris. She has been working for Wulf Übersetzungen since 2008. She is married and has a son. In her free time she enjoys being creative, be it with colours or various artistic materials.

Simone Dinkel, translator, Project Manager

Simone Dinkel is a trained translator for German, French and English and speaks Spanish and Italian. She studied in Zurich and Montpellier (France) and has worked for Wulf Übersetzungen since 2010. She has two daughters, likes art and is a passionate dancer.

Alice Wulf, Accounting and Administration

Alice Wulf has worked for Wulf Übersetzungen since 2005. She studied business and has worked in architecture and publishing firms. In addition to German she also speaks English, French, Danish and a bit of Italian. In her free time Alice enjoys taking her dog for a walk, painting or watching Roger Federer play tennis.
